Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.  Orders received on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.  These are estimates.  Free delivery is offered on some of our treat boxes, otherwise we charge a flat rate of £3. 

Spend over £30 for free delivery on any items.

For subscriptions, we will send your order out on a set monthly basis, and you will remain informed by e-mail when this occurs.  We are happy to discuss any changes you may require, just let us know.

Our courier is Evri, however we will use Royal Mail Tracked 48 if it is deemed more suitable for your order. You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.
